HERE’S HOW TO ENTER: On an Official Entry Form, available here and available while supplies last on special displays at participating grocery retailers, or on a plain piece of 3” x 5” paper, hand print your complete name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, ZIP code, date of birth, email address, and daytime and evening telephone numbers. One (1) entry per envelope. Sign and mail your entry in a hand-addressed, business size (#10) envelope with first class postage affixed to “Win Rush Hockey Tickets,” c/o Rapid City Rush, 444 Mount Rushmore Road N., Rapid City, SD 57701 postmarked by February 28, 2009, and received by March 2, 2009.  No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Illegible and incomplete entries are void. Not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected entries or entries not received in time for the random drawings.

1. PRIZE RANDOM DRAWING: Prize winner will be selected in random drawing on or about two weeks prior to each home game from among all eligible entries received. Odds of becoming a winner will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.  Winner will be notified by telephone by a Rush representative.

1. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: (32) Prizes – Each winner will receive four (4) tickets to a Rapid City Rush home game. To be eligible to receive the prize in the Sweepstakes entrant must be able to attend the event for which entrant is selected as the prize winner. Approximate retail value of each prize is $70 (U.S.).
